Westwood Bath
Westwood Bath is a bath and bathroom remodeling company serving residential clients who are evaluating multiple contractors before committing to a project. The website needed to function as a trust-building tool for homeowners who do not remodel often and rely heavily on what they can find online before booking a consult.
What I worked on
Project note
Home remodeling is a high-trust, low-frequency purchase. Most homeowners are evaluating two or three contractors and the website is doing a lot of the qualifying work before any phone call happens. The build focused on making that pre-consult experience clear and reassuring instead of pushy.
