The Racquet Club of Ann Arbor is a Michigan tennis and racquet sports club serving a returning member base across leagues, lessons, and club events. The 2023 rebuild focused on making member-facing information easier to find and reducing the friction of common tasks like court reservations and event sign-ups.

What I worked on

  • Rebuilt the website to better support an active member base across leagues, lessons, and events.
  • Reorganized navigation so common member tasks did not require digging through deep menus.
  • Cleaned up the visual system to match the club's actual brand standard rather than legacy template defaults.

Project note

Member clubs have a specific kind of website job. Most traffic is from people who already belong, and they need to do practical things quickly. The rebuild prioritized those returning-member workflows while still keeping a clean front-of-house experience for prospective members.
